Hotel bara junior(Budapeşte)'da 1 gece konakladık. Konaklama için gayet uygun,gürültü yok,merkeze yakın,kapalı otopark var,kahvaltı Türkiye ile karşılaştırırsak yetersiz. Otel çalışanları güleryuzlü. Teşekkürler.

Uygulama güvenlik açısından çok zayıf. Uygulamadan otelle olan mesajlaşma bölümünden çok fazla dolandırıcı içerikli mesaj geliyor. Eğer şuraya para ödemezseniz rezervasyonunuz iptal olur gibi. Otele mail attım ve onlar göndermediklerini söylediler. Bookinge de mail atıp ulaşmaya çalıştım fakat dönüş alamadım.

Yıllarca booking com ile yurt dışında konaklama yaptım ve bu uygulamadan sorunsuzca yararlanmıştım. En üst seviye 3.genius müşteri seviyesinde otel rezervasyonlarımı yapıyordum. İnanın bu uygulama ile en az 60 ülkede konakladım. Ancak geçen hafta (09.kasım.2024) tarihinde sharm el şeyh mısır için 4kişilik rezervadyon yaptım. Ama rezervasyonum gözükmedi ve kayıtlarda yok. Otele mesaj attım cevap yok.booking com müşteri hizmetlerine yazdım sonuç yok.
