L'app è davvero utile ed intuitiva per prenotare ma devo sottolineare un aspetto importante: al momento del pagamento avendo utilizzato una carta Svizzera è stata applicato un cambio euro franco invertito rispetto al cambio reale facendomi pagare circa 80 franchi in più, non sono pochi! Questo mi vedrà costretta ad utilizzare altre piattaforme

App pessima, disinstallata e reinstallata mille volte ma non funziona. Non ricevo messaggi da parte delle strutture, non posso fare ricerche perché nella barra di ricerca la scritta è invisibile e non so cosa scrivo, non mi appaiono i prezzi perché anch'essi invisibili. Assistenza contattata e mai ricevuta una risposta

Difficile definire l'app semplice e intuitiva. I servizi riposati nella pagina degli hotel non sempre corrispondono a quelli delle varie stanze (es. Aria condizionata) per cui bisogna fare attenzione. Spesso le foto non corrispondono alla realtà e anche scegliere la stanza non è sempre agevole in quanto non sempre si capisce il motivo della differenza di prezzo. Le recensioni non possono poi essere modificate. Andrebbe rivista
