Valutazioni e recensioni

Difficile definire l'app semplice e intuitiva. I servizi riposati nella pagina degli hotel non sempre corrispondono a quelli delle varie stanze (es. Aria condizionata) per cui bisogna fare attenzione. Spesso le foto non corrispondono alla realtà e anche scegliere la stanza non è sempre agevole in quanto non sempre si capisce il motivo della differenza di prezzo. Le recensioni non possono poi essere modificate. Andrebbe rivista

Ho effettuato 3 prenotazioni in totale su questa app è due di queste erano veramente pessime,contattato il servizio clienti,inviate foto(che hanno subito eliminato) ma nessuna risposta o rimborso,ho l'impressione che non abbiano mai visitato nessuno dei loro hotel/B&B o simili, deduco che Booking non verifica i vari siti che offre,ne fa' una giusta media tra i vari giudizi negativi/positivi.

Mai più una prenotazione con loro,ho effettuato una prenotazione in un hotel dove nella descrizione c'era scritto pagamento il loco e cancellazione gratuita fio a 2 giorni prima,morale della favola dopo 5 minuti mi trovo l'addebito dell.intero importo e dopo varie telefonate scopro che non è neanche rimborsabile. Descrizione poco accurata e delusione totale
