Na mejl mi přišlo potvrzení o rezervaci v hotelu avšak PIN mi nepřišel. Na Bookingu jsem zažádal o nový PIN kód aby mi byl odeslán na stejný e-mail ale už 2-3 dny mi nic stále nic nepřichází. Takže nemohu spravovat rezervaci kvůli chybějícímu PINu a na email mi nic neodesilate. V centru podpory není nikde možnost jak si tento PIN zajistit jinak než znovu zasláním na email na který mi stejně nikdo nereaguje. v Centru podpory kliknu na Nemohu najít rezervaci, Pobyty, a dále zase nemám PIN. Co dál?

Doporučuji letenky zakoupit přímo u letecké společnosti. Pobyt domluvit přímo s ubytovacím zarizenim a vozidlo domluvit primo s pujcovnou. Vyjde vás to levněji a hlavně obejdete bookingske dezinformace. Domluva s booking "0" přeji krásnou dovolenou. Žádná zákaznická podpora neexistuje, nikam se nedovolate, ani nedopisete. Umí akorát reagovat na recenze. Ale jinak dobrý

Už několikrát se mě stalo, že při zadání filtru, jsem si zadal, aby ubytování mělo i restauraci. Při letošní dovolené, několik ubytování nemělo restauraci a my pak večer museli řešit, kde sehnat jídlo, abysme nebyli o hladu. Tohle má Booking hodně špatně zvládnuté.
