I went to purchase something on Groupon and got an error message. So I tried again. suddenly I had confirmation of two purchases. Annoying but things like that happen. When going to cancel the extra purchase, they informed me this item couldn't be canceled. when calling their service center i got a not available message. I was so aggravated. trying to go through all the right channels and got blocked at every turn, so I finally disputed the charge via credit card and will never use them again.

I've been trying to get in touch with customer service for months was finally able to today the chat icon finally populated in the app, DO NOT purchase anything from them if you purchase something and you find out later your doctor doesn't want you to do it they refused to help and won't credit your account, and keep telling you about the refund policy even though you just want the account credited. So, they are happy to keep your money.

The app allows consumers to repeatedly hide prices that you won't see until after purchase. I purchased a $300 Carnival only to be surprised that what I wanted to book for that price wouldn't be available for over a year, while what I wanted was an extra $400. This also happened with a massage I booked. Paid for it on Groupon only to be told the next available appointment wasnt for 3 months later. Disputed it with Groupon and they said the company was allowed to do this on Groupon.
