this app has the most obnoxious notifications setup I've ever seen. there are so many groups and categories that look almost identical, it's hard to figure out how to tell it that I only want one type of notification. I don't care if someone they think I'm interested in - but don't know at all - made a post. I'm getting red of the app and will rely on the Web instance instead since it's far less intrusive.

Terrible customer service. I lost access to my account because I changed phone number. It took me hours to find a way to file a help ticket online, the website is so stupid. I was finally able to create the ticket and they kept sending me to Persona Verification to verify my identity and the website doesn't work, I tried 30 times to complete the verification, on android, on iphone, nothing, it doesn't work. No help, locked out of my account, horrible customer service.

It's a great app for business and work connections. It helps keep you in front of the people you need to stay in front of in order to remain relevant in the job market. You're able to compare candidates'work experience at a glance, as well as recommendations from other professionals before even seeing a resume or application. As a professional you're able to reach out, if you do desire, to potential candidates or connections before even posting job openings.
