Ratings and reviews

There's no customer support for corporate user, It's been 3 weeks and I can't reach out to the company. Tried all channels. There's only predefined responses. No resolutions. Great experience turned to extreme worst, never faced such issues with any other company. Even startups takes care of their customers.

The app is slow with many medicines being out of stock but still shows them so you need to scroll among things you can't order to find the one thing you can do order.Good thing is, they are quite quick on reimbursement whether it is accepting or rejecting. The quick response is the reason I still hold on to hope

Looks Good on Paper, Fails in Practice As a corporate plan user, the experience is disappointing. Doctor panel is very limited — finding the right specialist is difficult. Worse, there is no regional language support, which is a serious gap especially for mental health consultations. Talking to a psychologist in your native language matters deeply — this platform simply ignores that. Profiles look impressive but availability tells a different story. Needs major improvement
