I use SPOTHERO exclusively in NYC and it's great! Pay 1 low price for all day. Would be triple the amount if you went straight to parking vendor. Easy to cancel and/or adjust schedule needs. Super convenient service and makes looking for affordable parking in the city painless. I've used this service on 7 different occasions over the course of a year and each time never had a problem. Highly recommend!

I booked a parking spot at a hotel and when I showed up the entire hotel and parking lot were shut down due to hurricane damage. I called Spot Hero customer support and they had me rebooked at another location at no charge in about 2 minutes. I wasn't expecting to be able to reach a human who could fix my issue so easily! Very impressed.

As long as everything goes smoothly, this app is great to use. But I recently had an experience where I was unable to scan my code to get out of a garage in Jersey City. And a number of cars lined up behind me. I had to use my credit card to get out of there so basically that parking cost me double the amount it should have. I asked for a refund on their support email, but haven't heard back yet, which is frustrating. Edit: they responded and gave me a full refund after some time. No complaints!
