lot better than the previius one, but still missing a lot of features. A secure contact/messengibg option would be my #1 request: calling is not always an option, especially in more remote parts of the world. An internet connection however can usually be found somewhere. Other requested features: points overview, transferring points, making and managing travel reservations, disputing a transaction, etc.

Compared to the one I used on the UK this app is not great, does not have any offers included within, and it does not let you change language, which is odd since mainly expats use it as Dutch people don't tend to have credit cards in the first place, let alone paid credit cards. It would be great if they could have more standarized apps, I think the Dutch version is far too basic and lacks a lot!

The service is good and I haven't found any problem regarding any transaction. The app interface could be better to have more information and be less simple. For instance, it would be nice to have more details regarding each transaction, such as the time when that was done.
