Ratings and reviews

Video will not load properly half of the time. It just gets stuck on the at bat loading screen and doesn't go any further. Fix that, and it would be a good app. Edit: Mobile app is scuffed when looking at videos in a gameday page. Also, blackout restrictions on the one team I actually want to watch? Yeah, no. One star until that changes.

I enjoy the recaps and condensed games. I like watching the 1hr recaps during lunch but I'd like it if they offered the condensed as a 1hr also similar to the broadcast version, since blackout restrictions keep you from watching home teams I can at least watch somewhat of the full game without the feeling of failing to watch it live. Fix UI in areas of embedded stories. When I scroll over that area it glitches and launches screen up/down. Samsung S22 Ultra

FIX YOUR AUDIO!!! How many complaints do you have to get before you do something about it? Never been an issue before this year, but you just cut off the announcers mid sentence with commercials. I figured out that you interrupt the audio broadcast to play commercials at the exact same time the video broadcast goes to commercial. Why does that need to be synced? Fix it and quit interrupting the announcers. Plus, audio drops constantly, but that's not new 🤷‍♀️
