Be careful purchasing this service!!! I had purchased it as a Christmas gift for a family member. They never received it and my account was charged 3 separate times at 89.99 per transaction. I tried to reach out to their customer service but was ghosted by them.. had to dispute all three charges through my bank... nightmare of a process. Would give 0/5 stars if possible.

Be careful!!! I have no subscription yet they have been deducting money for a subscription since March 2023 and I cannot get anyone to help me. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION!! Awful service!

This app has major problems. For starters, not all of the concerts are in alphabetical order, and I'm not sure I would have access to them. Up until yesterday, I was subscribed to the YouTube channel, and I had problems accessing all of the concerts on that platform. I would get to the L's, and then it would just stop on me. These problems need to be seriously addressed before I become a customer again. Please fix this!
