Ratings and reviews

The payment system has been working without issue for a while now and the app loading time has been cut down significantly. Sometimes I am not able to access my acct info in the app because of some type of connection error. It has not become a hindrance yet, however it happens enough that it is annoying. Besides, the issues with accessing my info, I would still recommend this app. It helps more than it doesn't.

It's an okay app. Should update payment options. Add Google Pay option or paypal, so my info is more secure. Don't show my info as I'm typing it in. make it so people can either see it or not as they type in their card info, but I do like the ease of making payments, not many steps.

Shouldn't have to pay a convince fee for using a debit card to pay a electric bill on line. Also, my bill is way... too.. high!!! being over charged by Delmarva Power!!!
