The only thing I want this app for is to adjust my thermostat. It's always been intermittently working for that, but now has completely stopped working. "Adjust thermostat" is also in a strangly buried set of nested lists. App never stays logged to my account in which is super annoying. Does tell me what my last bill was faster than getting my computer.

Buggy, crashes constantly, and lacks features that the PC browser site has. This app constantly crashes when you try to make selections or even when you select the main options (eg. Home, Useage, Bill, etc). Some functions like the view energy usage function also doesn't work when it doesn't crash - you click it and all that is shown is a blank screen. Many options work fine for the PC browser site for BGE but crashes or doesn't work for the App. This App was not worth the headache.

UPDATE 8/4/23: This app has been acting up for the past few months. Keeps taking me back to the sign in screen over & over after I sign in with 2 step verification I've been paying my bill every month through the app for a few years now and I'm happy to report that I personally haven't experienced any downtime or maintenance issues to date even after updates as others have reviewed. The app has been extremely easy to use even when I moved. I get notified EVERY month of my billing statement.
