Ratings and reviews

This app, as well as the website on PC, is so unbearably slow that it has frozen my phone and dragged my PC's speed to an absolute crawl just by being open. I've done everything from clearing the cache on phone and PC, to uninstalling & reinstalling (or shutting off my PC), to fix the issue; and nothing fixes the issue, but the fact that it's happening to multiple people everywhere on multiple devices already shows the issue is not on my end.

The algorithm isn't the greatest, the updates don't really benefit anyone, and this app rolled out a feature to easily allow people to edit images with AI without any rules to follow. Art and images of real people are in danger. Post a photo of yourself? Well now some stranger can edit you doing something else with the click of a button. Really strange update, seems like a disaster waiting to happen.

I've created an account on X a long time ago when it was still Twitter. A few months ago, I noticed that when I tried to comment on a post, a message would appear, stating that no one would be able to see my comment because I had protected my posts. I tried MANY TIMES to get help from X technical support, but every time I asked for assistance, I'd receive an email saying that I had requested assistance from the wrong support department. My X is useless, and there's nothing I can do to fix it.
