Honestly, this is so un-userfriendly, it's insane. Granted, they have tried to add new functions here and there to keep up with competitors, but it somehow just keeps getting more disorganized and less intuitive. The fact that I need a 15 character password makes me constantly forget my password, and resetting it is an absolute nightmare. This app just keeps getting worse.

Contacted developer a couple years ago because I was having issues, but the issue was not fixed. Things have actually gotten worse. Recently the app has become completely unusable. I wish I could post a photo, because I just emailed support and my email was blocked by their system. It's a lot of work to completely switch banks, but I believe that may be my only option remaining. Makes sense as I don't even live in Iowa anymore.

This app has never worked well and now it's completely useless. Every time I try to log in it tells me there's some sort of network connectivity issue and it's taking too long because my connection slow well guess what my connection is 300 Meg in both directions and every other app on my phone works just fine. It constantly has issues not accepting the current password so I have to reset it. The password is saved in my phone with my thumbprint and somehow it won't take it half the time.
