Ratings and reviews

The most manipulative notification settings I've ever seen. They have about 44 categories of notification that you can turn on and off, and they change those codes regularly so that your settings are lost. They explicitly don't want you to have control over your notifications so that they have the ability to spam you. I have to choose between not getting notifications when someone messages me or getting spammed every second of everyday. They made it intentionally bad.

LinkedIn has taken the cake for the worst customer service I've seen. The app will not let me change my primary email address to my alternative, which is annoying but should be fixable. I followed all of their steps to a T on the app 4 times and every time it kicks me back to the start with no error msg to indicate the problem. I tried chatting w the AI bot to fix the issue, this didn't work. I tried making a support ticket as well but it wouldn't let me submit and gave no indication as to why.

I get a bunch of recommended posts about AI now despite having shown little interest or engagement with anything related to AI. I'm out of work and trying to find a job and it just shows me content about how I'll never find a job again unless I pay for Claude Max/ChatGPT Pro, and even then it's a dice roll. Very annoying and demoralizing. I was ambivalent about AI before but now I actively hate it. Good job. Hope you guys got what you wanted.
