I've used the app on several merchants online. It does not conclude my payments. I would go through the bank payment authentication process. At the end of the purchase it indicates that the payment was successful. The following day I would learn that it did not go though. The only time it works is when I scan a Zapper code. Online purchases via Zapper- NO!

In previous usage of the app I have had a breeze. Keeps track of loyalty cards, easy usage, clean user interface. However, I have recently changed phones and cannot use the app at all as none of my card details are accepted. So if your phone is a new one and you have a good amount of life, definitely use Zapper. If you're thinking about changing phones, wait until you do.

the app is convenient for payments on bills, fines etc...been using it for atleast 2-3 years maybe, never had an issue...it also sents receipts to your email and on app for reference
