Ratings and reviews

The idea of creating such an app and online delivery service is great. the execution, on the other hand is terrible. The search engine is weak, sometimes I search on Google to find something at coop. The delivery service is very expensive on top of the expensive products to start with. And the most annoying are the delivery slots. They are so few and limited they make you feel like you are choosing precious gems. I wish I didn't need it, only reason it works is due to the limited choice.

No "Add to Google Wallet" button for the card and no themed icon. Random strings in the app are in Italian, French and German.

The app is really poor. It can take minutes before a product is added to the basket, if at all. If the app was good, it would take 5minutes for a weekly shopping. It takes often more than 30min. Furthermore the product availability is also very poor, much worse than what you would expect from any coop shop, including on basic coop branded products.
