I have been using the Publix app and curbside delivery for about 6 months and have had a great experience in doing so except once. That being said, it was avoidable. For whatever reason the app changed the store that I normally pick up at to a store physically closer to my location but out of my way. I didn't catch it until I was on my way to picking up my order. Now, I just make sure to verify the store before completing the order. Great service, pleasant employees and such a HUGE convience.

Grocery team does a great job picking out exactly what I need! Only issue i have with is with the customer service app. They told me "Im only giving this refund this once" after I mistakenly chose the wrong flavor of an item but couldn't replace it or edit the items at all. I gave clear instructions in the comments to grab the other flavor but I dont think the shopper checked the comments so obviously I received the wrong item. There needs to be a better system for editing items.

horrible experience. accidentally placed an order to the wrong address. there is no way to cancel any order. there is zero customer service from instacart or publix.no cancel button. no edit button after the order is placed. had to call instacart. and they actually tried to charge a $15 cancelation fee. I hate that i paid for a year of this service with publix. horrible.
