Ratings and reviews

Deliveries are ALWAYS bundled with two or three other deliveries, and I'm always last. I'm so tired of getting melted or thawed frozen goods. Customer service said to pay for "priority" delivery if I wanted it brought straight to me, and I did, but the shopper STILL had other deliveries! I always tip well and try to be responsive if they communicate. It's a waste of time and money to use this if I have to spend time each time fixing the thawed items.

Don't expect customer service. I called and got an automated message telling me to use the app texting system and then it hung up on me. so I tried the in-app customer service and it just sat on the three dots waiting for the system to respond for 25 minutes. I finally just gave up and deleted the app.

Best app ever!! It's so easy to add or remove items. I wish other companies learn from that user experience. Very easy to navigate, friendly and efficient. The only thing is that prices are different, more expensive. You can notice it when the products arrive with a lower price on their tag, for example cheese, ham, fish, fruits. But it totally worth it.
