Ratings and reviews

Lately the filters and themes you've been adding have felt superficial and kitschy. It takes too long to generate the resulting image. On top of that, I ordered a few of my images to be professionally printed, to use as decoration at home, however, even the smallest size(26x20cm) came out blurry due to too low quality and resolution of the source images. I also ordered images from a different service and they came out great, so it's not the printer's fault. Won't be renewing subscription.

I've used the app for a few years with great results! NOW when I use it, it will start 'processing', but as soon as I tap to 'save' it, the message "Photo Not Found" "Make Sure Photo is Saved on Device" pops up & it reverts back to my original photo! All my photos are saved on my device! Very disappointing! Will have to delete app since it won't work for me.

Was excited but...... then they fraudulently tried to charge my card 49.99 and I didn't agree to any charges!!!!! This was supposed to be the free version. I haven't even had the app for 24 hours. Now I have to shut down my whole account!!!!!! Update: emailed customer service to address why they are charging me for a subscription I never signed up for, instead of looking into it they wanted to argue.
