Nothing works. Have been trying to use this app for last two weeks. Have been working full time for 3 years, told I couldn't use this app as my salary gets paid into a savings account, changed my salary to a transaction account. Told to change email, told I tried too many times. After following so many instructions have given up as all I'm getting now are errors. This has got to be one of the worst experiences I had had with a startup as running into problem after problem

Ridiculous app. It was great for a long time. I paid my advance, it let me cash out again, then for some reason it bounced my payment back AFTER I'd cashed out again, rendering the app unusable. I cannot access any function of the app, if it's "disabled" you should still be able to see your past payments and what you owe, and you should absolutely be able to access the help function? They just make it so you're blind. I repayed with payid, said unsuccessful and I cannot even access the help tab?

I have recently opened an ANZ plus account and started to have my wages paid into this. Because it is app based it does not provide a CRN, and I cannot link it to wagetap. Now I am not eligible for an advance until I start having my wages put back into my old bank account. Didn't realise any of this until I needed to use wagetap and found that I couldn't anymore. 🙄
