Ratings and reviews

Extremely unintuitive and claustrophobic design. Most of the time, the push notifications don't work and I have to manually refresh my inbox. Tasks take forever to update and refresh. This app needs to be rebuilt from the ground up and needs to greatly be improved, considering how much they charge for enterprise plans. I would recommend any other collaborative workflow platform over Asana.

The UI design is really good so far, but I've yet to make heavy use of it. However, it is rather annoying to constantly refresh the project board every time I add, move, or rename a column because the change doesn't immediately appear. Props to the developers for actually implementing a pull down refresh gesture in the first place. That's pretty rare. I'm putting this minor bug here since there didn't seem a clear way to provide user feedback in app.

They should emphasize that calendar sync is one-way and not two-way. This is information is available in the help center. It should be in the front page where they claim that the product "integrates" with everything.
