The Totemus treasure hunts are halfway between track game and geocaching.

Totemus combines sport, with different levels of walks, culture, with the promotion of local wealth and know-how (tales and legends, art, gastronomy...) and adventure.

The principle?

All along the route, hunters have to solve riddles that need their sense of observation: find a date at the foot of a statue, count the number of windows of a building, fill in the name of a street, etc. By doing so, hunters collect totems and earn points, called "toteez", which can be exchanged for gifts at amusement parks, museums, playgrounds, restaurants, etc.

Nothing in the description says anything about the app being in any other language than English and there is no way to change the language

Très bonne application pour les promenade avec les enfants. Très bonnes explications. Par contre je verrai bien une carte pour l'orientation en plus. 😉

J'avais téléchargé l'app. Lors de la première intention d'utilisation on me propose une mise à jour indispensable. Ok. Sauf que impossible de la télécharger et impossible d'utiliser l'app sans la faire. Je desinstalle l'app et impossible de la réinstaller. Le helpdesk m'a contactée et m'a aidée à résoudre le problème. Super service réactif. Nous avons utilisé l'app à Waterloo : très sympa !
