UPDATE: if I could take away more stars I would.... nothing works anymore, even though the devices think they do, everything claims to be working and online, however now we no longer get any notification instead of 5 minutes late and no chime anymore either. Either we're lucky and hear the outside noise of the bell, either we miss our packages. Troubleshooting claims no issues 🤣🤣

Simple to use and good customisation. However, there is a recurring problem where the notifications become delayed, meaning by the time I receive a door bell notification, the person has left. This problem is persistent and is only temporarily resolved by restarting your phone, however after a few hours, the delay returns. Very poor, considering it is a paid for service so I do not recommend.

The whole point of having a security camera is to check when you hear something outside - but every single time I try to load Live View during noise or motion, it fails to connect. I even tested it by setting off my own car alarm and the app still wouldn't load. It can't be a coincidence - the feed always fails exactly when it matters. Works fine when nothing is happening, but completely unreliable in real situations. Very frustrating and makes me question the point of owning a Ring cam.
