App/website is faulty. You can't manage your booking in the app or the website. You are not able to spend money on seat-upgrades or fasttrack, because the app/website is out of order, it just shows a loading-icon forever. One would think that TAP was interested in their customers being able to spend more money with them, but apparently not. Of all the many airline-apps I have used, this was the most faulty. Not being able to manage my booking was certainly very frustrating.

app logged me off, and cannot log back in as it says password/mail don't match. When changing the password, I try to put the old password and it says it cannot be changed to it, as the new password matches the old password. This is clearly an app with a lot of issues on the backend. also, until today it was the only airflight app that after booking a ticket, the ticket only showed ~10mins after purchasing in the app. all in all the app is a mess. needs a full revamp

While the app has the option to use it withou an account, it's not practical at all! First, there will be like 5 screens that will pop up where you need to confirm you are using the app as a guest. When you finally type the booking code to check the flight details, you cannot exit the app, otherwise you will have to go through the whole process again and type the booking code again. Just awful, hire a new team to design a proper app.
