Wise has become very unreliable. I’ve made two transfers in the past few weeks that were supposed to take seconds but ended up taking several days. Because of these delays, I missed payment deadlines abroad and had to pay late fees. Customer support was not able to resolve the issue or provide a clear explanation. I also tried using my U.S. debit card, but the payments were declined, and my bank confirmed there were no attempts from Wise. Overall, very frustrating experience—I do not recommend

Used to be a great app, but for the last month or so, the app is very often losing my login information and biometrics data. Every time I open the app I need to reconfigure all my information again. Today the problem increased, and I was not able to configure the biometric, it shows a pop up indicating error. In this last month I've tried multiple times to clear cache, data, and reinstall without success. There was no change from my side/usage, so I believe the app is broken after some update

They decided to review my documents when I sent my first transaction with they themselves setting a deadline to finish the review on the transaction page, only to completely remove the deadline date and time when they failed to comply, with no mention of a new date or even a "hey, we f'd up our own deadline but we will review your docs soon". So they are holding my money hostage and act like it is all good, which fill all the boxes for a scam. The customer support was also no help at all.
