They decided to review my documents when I sent my first transaction with they themselves setting a deadline to finish the review on the transaction page, only to completely remove the deadline date and time when they failed to comply, with no mention of a new date or even a "hey, we f'd up our own deadline but we will review your docs soon". So they are holding my money hostage and act like it is all good, which fill all the boxes for a scam. The customer support was also no help at all.

one of the worst sign up experiences ive ever had, there is no option for putting my middle name, so i had to go back and forth in changing it and getting verified, yeah you brag better conversation rates and lower fees, but maybe some of the developers should've focused on making the stupid sign ups better, and when something is not right, during verification, this thing never tells you what went wrong and how to change it, always says oops something is wrong, THEN WTH IS THE WRONG THING THEN

It worked great until there was a problem. It was fast, smooth, cheap. Then I switched bank accounts, and my new bank blocked the transfer, even though wise sent the funds. Leaving me owing wise $500. That was on my bank, not wise, but then I tried to pay wise the $500. Unfortunately there is not enough space in these reviews to go into detail, but nobody I could reach by phone could do anything at all. It wasn't until a month after my balance was sent to collections that they told me it was.
