Latest update: cannot log in even with correct password. Login button not responding. It hasn't work since many weeks ago. App main page cannot show how much i have in my account because my number is not verified but the classic app can show. Clicking on the "show amount" doesn't work either. However, I can see the full amount under "account transaction records". Why the inconsistency?

it is an annoying apps. works good at the 1st attempt to login using username, password and TAC as well. Then, 2nd attempt to login with correct password seems like doesnt work. nothings happen after clicking on the login button. seems like dosen't responding at all. KWSP, please take note this issue as i've seen some feedback with the same issue as i mentioned. feel upset 😔

Terrible terrible app. I always have an issue when logging in - biometrics don't work, and when putting my password, keeps saying it's incorrect and then deactivate my login after a few tries, then I had to recreate a new password, and even after creating one and trying to log in, it still says that my password is incorrect when I literally JUST changed it!! FIX YOUR APP! Annoying.
