Just downloaded, so can't rate on the exercise, but I wanted to say: To avoid getting shoehorned into a subscription, when you get to that page, you have to take to decline option. It feels like you're taking the choice that will make the app useless, because they really set it up like you have to subscribe, but the decline option gets you to the free version.

I am asked constantly for a review, but my experience with the app is small. First impressions: the variety of exercises is enormous, the app is well designed, it's fun, pleasant and I will continue using it. One bad impresiion for now is thatthey don't give explanation and focus on the necessity to pay attention to the core muscles in every exercise. This is half of what pilates is about... That's why 4 stars.

Love this app! It really helps u find which level is best for you to start on based on current mobility/lack of mobility and past knowledge of exercises. It starts off slow for beginners so u aren't overwhelmed and just want to quit right away. It makes it easy, yet you still feel the wonderful "burn of progress" the next day. It's such a good pain, knowing your body is getting stronger and more fit!!! You know it's working!
