Hi I have one question... The bullet point form in the diet does it mean that you have to chose only one option or it means you need to eat the food listed in all bullet points?? Example when for dinner there is soup and chicken does it me we have to chose either or? Or eat both options?? Otherwise it is fantastic
I REALLY want to give this a 5 star rating as I love the app, however, the timing on certain workouts should be a little faster. For instance the flutter kick, bicycle crunches and clap crunches go way too slow. These are meant to be done a little bit faster as it makes it extremely hard to hold each difficult pose for so long. Please consider changing this as I adore the app and would love to change these 4 stars to 5 :)
This is a great app! I felt myself going a bit out of shape before and now I am getting better again and when I finish the 30 days I will be really fit! By the way, I like to use about 3 apps similar to this at the same time but I definetly this one is easiest to follow and most helpful.
Some of the exercises are a bit too slow such as flutter kicks it's a real struggle holding it for so long. If also find it helpful to preview the exercise demos before the day so I can prepare since I'm a beginner it's difficult to do some exercises that I'm unfamiliar with itd be nice to be able to view demos without "completing " the day and incorrectly adding this to the work out report
Recommended! it's only been three days and i can't exactly follow the meal plan because it's hard to get those type of fruits and veggies here but i've substituted it with other healthy food and I've lost about 1.8kg!! unbelievable. thank you! ❤
It's a very good app. Also interesting thing is app provide meal plan for both vegetarian and non vegetarian. You can repeat excised whenever you want and reports generates and reminder are awesome. Trully useful and feel like personal gym at home.
