Ratings and reviews

It offers a lot by just letting you see menu items and costs which can be hard to find online. They used to offer really great deals but the changes to the rewards took me from a constant user to once in a blue moon. Considering the competitor delivery apps now have pickup options, I use those since I get significantly better rewards. Customer service was stellar when I was actively using the app.

Was 5 star review But..... Actual usability issue. Had a problem with an order and go-to the help page in app ......it's Blank! Just says the word help. Your never going use any technology bug or problem free, but to not be able to get help is a major issue. A help page is a pretty basic requirement. Old review: Probably use this app to much, love being able to just grab my food quickly. Lots of options in my area. Earn point fairly quickly, though again I probably use it too much lol.

Makes it easy to pre-order food from the office. No issues so far, and I like how I can just pay using google pay, instead of saving cc info directly to the app. It allows all the small mom-and-pop shops to be more competitive, and makes it really easy to find what's closest. Rather than using numerous clunky and annoying apps for each company, having dozens of the options available in one sleek app is great and a step up from the competition. Expecting great things for the future!
