I found great flooring at an incredible price so I bought it! They took my deposit then 4 days later cancelled my order out of the blue. "Processing error" was the reason given, but the flooring I ordered was now set at a much higher "sale" price. So clearly they mistakenly advertised a sale price that was too low and covered up their mistake with a "processing error"

The glitchiest, most useless app I've ever encountered for a large retail company. I have to leave the app constantly and use a browser instead because it crashes so often. I CANNOT PAY in-app. When I attempt to do so, the app freezes, so I have to use a browser for that too. I CANNOT TRACK my purchases when they're transferred to the carrier. When I click on the tracking number I get an "oops! We cannot link to your browser" message. The sad part is I could go on. Do better, Wayfair.

Please try clearing your cache and cookies and then restarting your device. If this does not help, please uninstall the app and then re-install the app.

The app works great until it freezes and crashes. No error message or anything, just suddenly crashes and closes out. It's pretty frustrating when you've been browsing a category for a while because when you reopen, it doesn't take you back to where you were. I thought it was a bug that may have been fixed over the last while, but I just came back to try again, and the same thing happened.
