To Write Love On Her Arms helped to save my life back when I was struggling with harming myself. I love and support them more than any other non profit. I absolutely love that they have an app now with mood tracking, resources, and articles. I haven't had a chance to fully explore the app, but I already know it's fantastic. Hope is real! Recovery is possible! Keep fighting, it gets better šŸ–¤

Just got it, but I'm looking forward to exploring more! So far I enjoy the calming feel, quotes, and access to articles. The "self care" tab is nice, I I'll definitely use it. I'm excited to explore the "get involved" tab too. I'm happy there isn't a pay wall! Only crit I'd have; I wish there was a bit of a guided "tutorial" type thing when you first get it. I can explore it myself, it's easy to navigate, but I feel like that would ease me into it and encourage me to get comfortable quicker.

It's a beautiful, user-friendly app with countless blogs, poems, and podcasts about other people's experiences with mental illness. It certainly helps with loneliness and it truly does give a feeling of hope.
