- in app help or problem reporting is as good as none... please add a problem reporting option (like on Devialet Dione (that of course needs it much more)) - when switching ON the Sony Android TV while streaming Spotify from Samsung Galaxy S20, the tv will never get to get a connection to the ambeo max. The soundbar needs to be restarted using the app (tried everything else from tv - when the ambeo max is restarted (not reset!) It looses the codec configuration for dolby settings (and more?) :-)

To start the app takes very long time. To find what is the battery percentage for each headphone you have to go to the settings. And it shows 40% for the case which is fully charged. The app pushes you to register to do "sound check" which is just several steps adjusting the equalizer and asking you which one you like more. It makes no sense at all to create an account for that.

Way too difficult to get it to connect with the headset. Bluetooth shows connected, but app struggles to connect; especially when managing the set from 2 devices. I also feel great pain with the fact this can only connect with one phone at a time (especially when the app has trouble connecting). The sound quality had drastically improved since the firmware updated. That's The only reason I haven't rated this a 1 star.
