Ratings and reviews

The app is ok-ish, even though not intuitive. The bank itself is awful. Overall, it's very expensive, with a lot of not obvious but very high fees. Rollover and swap prices are awful. Execution is sloppy and you can't really trust their prices. Customer support is slow, and definitely lacks the necessary competencies to promptly address the normal issues a trader can have. I strongly suggest to avoid this bank, as it'possible to get a much better service at much cheaper prices elsewhere.

Excellent features, fair prices, good customer service. But the graphic design and usability of the app is absolute GARBAGE. Cumbersome design, awful lag most of the time. They should fire their app developers asap. Take a look at IG Bank app or My Stock Portofolio app. This should give you an example of good work in UX

Suddenly, almost instant withdrawals became "processing within 2 to 3 business days after reviewing first", even for amounts of just a few €uros! THIS IS VERY ALARMING! What is going on, guys??
