I like the older version better. This new version takes too long to finish an exercise. The older version allowed you to pick which exercises you wanted to do. The new version doesn't give you this option. Also, you have no idea what each workout entails.

eye exercises great but not a big fan of the breathing exercises built into daily workouts. Makes it difficult to do this in the office. please remove bon essential items or at least give that option in settings

Hi I use this app for a long time but recently updated and After that, it says there is an internal problem in the app and doesn't work. HOW do I fix this? Thank you.
