The app discount of 5 euro for the first time doesn't work. So I felt scammed to download the app, sign into the newsletter, prepare all the items to buy, and for then not having any working discount at all. The newsletter discount cannot be used for discounted products and the app discount doesn't work because of no reason. At the end I didn't want to complete my purchase

Scammers. Lying about promotions. They send you unusable discount codes when you sign up for the newsletter. App is formatted TERRIBLY and is unresponsive. Canceling and returning is near impossible due to the chat bot that needs to be used. I can't cancel anything without talking to a representative, but there is never anyone online. Chat bot doesn't answer my questions and will go on about something else that is unrelated. Products are not as described, terrible quality overall. Not emailing u

It's legit. They get 3 stars because of an issue I had with an order that I never received. It was really hard to find the customer support and it took a really long amount of time get my money back.
