Very bad experience, I don't understand why to use this app I have to turn off WiFi and use mobile data ? If signal isn't strong, the app never opens !!! Other apps which offer the same service open with WiFi . I hope to make it open with WiFi opened too

Worst service Tried to contact the Web chat to complain about the network, because of course calling the company is chargeable, and the app is not designed to help, it gives me some choices to choose, however what I am seeking is not there, therefore my issue is still, and can't resolve it, and now after this bad experience the app is asking me to rate, what a silly app. The coverage is worst in the area can't make calls or even use data, and if I send sms, it takes ages to be sent.

Very bad, too much bug can't even recharge my wallet. Nothing works every time it closed while I'm checking anything can't switch between accounts, which is a very bad application and after I tried to reach you by chat it doesn't work even your AI bot your using isn't compatible to assist customers I keep reapeat the same thing and at the end an error and retreat every thing form the beginning
