Ratings and reviews

Final Fantasy 6 on mobile is a work of art! It keeps the retro pixel feel but upgrades the graphics beautifully. The addition of high res backgrounds and cool effects like sparking signs adds a new level of immersion. Quality of life improvements like one-tap walking, quick save slots, and optional XP and MP boosts make the gameplay smooth. And let's not forget the standout feature - the music. Easily the best Port I've ever played it upgrades what should be and doesn't what shouldn't.

Phenomenal game and excellent port. The game itself is one of the best JRPGs ever, but the QOL features and improvements are just outstanding! The only negative thing I can say about this port is that the virtual stick for touch controls is hideous to use, it's WAY better with a controller (which I'm using), but being a mobile port one would expect the virtual analog stick would work well, but no. They could have made it invisible and floating, showing a fixed one only for Sabin Blitz.

Amazing remake. One thing to note about the PR versions, also Nintendo switch. Is that the formations you encounter aren't necessarily the ones that show up on the veldt. For example the Neck Hunter, Crueller, Humpty x2 does not appear when encountered. Instead it's Neck Hunter x2. The Floating Continent encounter rates are a mess as well. Also formations appearing on the veldt that I didn't encounter.

What's new

The following bugs that started occurring after the previous update have now been fixed.

*Sometimes the information recorded in the monster bestiary for the “Holy Dragon” monster would be incorrect or disappear.
