I have a Luba 1 and have been using the app for almost 3 years. Although there have been some minor improvements, some things have got worse, one of which is it takes ages to update. For example if you just want to check how far it's got charging or mowing, you can't simply glance at the app, you have to wait ages, and you never know the current state. The mow time estimates don't include charging time, so if you can't complete within a single charge you have to multiply by some factor

very poor. machine stops midway, then will not return to the charging station. tried controls with app and manual. RTK station is clear from the house. once I lift the mower to the charging station, it then states it can not move as there are blockages in front of the station. not true as it's clear. blades are checked every time they stop, and an error message sometimes states jammed. not true as I can turn them with 1 finger. seriously flawed equipment!

The robot is great when it works but randomly stops mid task and loses bluetooth and wifi connectivity. i have spoken with customer support many times and have had to send it away 3 times now. it just happened again so will have to send away again to get looked at. for something that costs $5000 this is very dissappointing. if i had the choice of purchasing again i would definatly reconsider another brand.
