I have been using Lebara for the last 8 months and have constantly faced network issues. No matter how many times I called customer service, nothing was resolved. On top of that, I was charged outstanding balances every month. Even after I canceled the service, they claimed I had an outstanding balance for October, despite me sending proof of payment. Extremely disappointed with Lebara. I would never recommend their service to anyone.

First, automatic renewal is on by default when you purchase a plan, so check that if you don't want to. For several months the app didn't display my remaining data, I couldn't purchase plans because of an error on their side following the network change where they cut me off for 6 days. App works, but their backend services and customer service is severely lacking.

Won't let me login, when trying to reset password it doesn't take any even though I'm fulfilling the conditions, then says passwords aren't the same even though they are. It's overall unreliable and logs out randomly. It's mostly in the Germany app because I also used the Denmark version for a whole year without errors of any kind.
