Wenn Sie bezahlen möchten, ist alles unbegrenzt, aber Sie können keinen 6-minütigen kurzen Geburtstagsfilm hochladen, der nur 3 Gigs groß ist. Wenn Sie über Support sprechen, sagt er, warum Sie in 4K filmen. Diese Antwort ist O2-Support für den Kunden, der monatlich zahlen muss.

Hallo narine shahbandari, vielen Dank für deine Bewertung. Die Info, die du bekommen hast, ist soweit korrekt. Es können technisch bedingt keine Dateien größer als 2 GB in der o2 Cloud gespeichert werden, daher konntest du dein 3 GB großes Video nicht in die Cloud hochladen, da bitten wir um dein Verständnis.
