Hello, I paid £17 for the 'pro' version of the app but when I scanned my friends 2022 BMW M4 it came back with all sorts of errors but would not give any details until I upgraded again for an additional £45 then errors turned out to be nothing. I complained but received no response, I never normally write reviews but this is untrustworthy behaviour and feel very annoyed...

I paid for the lifetime subscription expecting to use it on my 2008 Silverado, only to find out afterward that the software doesn’t support my vehicle. They don’t make that clear up front, and the cutoff year (2010 and newer) feels like something that should have been stated before taking payment. Very disappointed — total waste of money for anyone with a pre-2010 vehicle

SCAM... ONCE YOU PAY CONSIDER YOUR MONEY LOST. I lost $20 for this useless app on the PRO version which doesn't work for my phone. When I contacted the email the developer provided, instead of offering any help to make the app work on my phone, they instruct me straight to pay another PROMAX subscription on top of the one I purchased. If you see their replies to the many 1 star they are getting, they don't offer any solution.
