Ratings and reviews

Garbage Garbage, couldn’t register, couldn’t log in!! and they are selling cloud storage!!!! How do we even trust such a provider to keep our data!! I heard German companies are very serious about data privacy. But here they are that much serious that they dont even provide you log in even after buying 200gb cloud storage for 24 months!! The customer support centre!! Another nightmare. chatbot: Only knows german. So called hotline: Another nightmare!! Another bot who speaks only german!!

I can't even activate my online cloud or register on this App Too bad

Schade! Ich hab das Info log.in an meine Mobilfunk App probiert probiert aber kein Erfolgt. Registration Failed. Ich hab 200GB Cloud Storage inklusive in meinem Vertrag und es gibt kein Schrit für Schrit Anleitung, wie man diese Aktivieren könnte.
