Overall the app is good and very easy to navigate. I also really like the option to call the support from the app, which instantly verifies you, so you don't have to manually enter your credentials with dial tone to verify your identity. What I really would like to see in future is some kind of solution to pay contactless with girocard. Google pay + Visa is very convenient, but some small businesses in Germany don't like to accept Visa. Some contactless payment app for Girocard would be great

The app is actually quite nice, but this in-app marketing stuff ("offers", "did you know?") is super annoying to me. Every single time I open the app, which I do multiple times per day, the first thing I do is click on the little "x" to remove this distracting clutter! But those boxes keep showing. It really makes me angry... :( The least thing you should do is to offer an opt-out of this stuff! Edit: I did sent an mail (why don't you forward the feedback?!), but only received a general excuse.

I only use it for TAN generation and re this aspect it is very much less convenient than mobile TAN. 1) Very slow in generation and transmission of TAN. Took 10 mins yesterday to sell a stock (which was dropping fast, so this cost me a lot of money). 2) Also I miss the option of using one TAN to validate all actions in one session (that was available with mobile TAN).

Sollte dies wieder vorkommen, rufen Sie uns bitte (mit Zugangsnummer und Telebanking PIN) unter 069 / 34 22 24 an. Eine Session können Sie auch mit der App im Internetbanking einstellen und dann mit einer Freigabe in der App bestätigen. Viele Grüße, Ihre ING
