Ratings and reviews

The mobile application works just aweful during last few months, I have to reinstall it each time to open and check my profile or review the events, otherwise it just won't load. I have sent an email to support, but looks like instead of investigating possible technical issues they prefer to send customers the tutorial of possible workarounds. Just for note - my mobile is not outdated and other applications work perfectly fine

Went to apply a discount code ("voucher") and it accepted the code but each time I clicked on it, it would just expand the details rather than actually applying it to my order even though it had verified the code. Tried everything. When checking out, it sure enough didn't apply and I paid full price. Immediately afterwards, I contacted customer support in live chat and they told me there was nothing they could do and to try updating the app when making future orders. Poor service.

Have had a disappointing customer service experience with Fever. I booked an event that had a timed entry but was not aware. Reached out to Fever support and got a response timely (hence not 1 star) but the agent had to "escalate" the request. Basically came back to me and said the T&C's stand and wouldn't do anything. Good customer service would've been to see that there was still availability to arrive later in the day and allowed us to shift times if the price of the ticket was the same.
