How do we detect heart rate?
Our app uses your phone's camera to capture the color difference of the blood flowing through your finger to estimate your heart rate per minute and uses an algorithm to record the heartbeat. If you need professional heart rate detection, please use professional medical equipment.

4. BMI: You can enter your weight and height to calculate whether your BMI value is within a reasonable range.

This app is flooded with ads. Despite the claim in one ad that it can measure blood pressure, it only tracks manually entered data. The BPM (heart rate) measurement is inaccurate, requiring your flash close to the camera and your finger covering both, or a bright light source shining through your finger. Moreover, the app continues to bombard users with excessive ads.

Health Kit app is a health app that actually does exactly what it says. Such a refreshing app to find. My prior choices of apps where actually raising my blood pressure and heart rate instead!! Lol..Thankfully,Health Kit came to the rescue! by providing a genuine,accurate, and personable user experience. Small details like "hey your camera might get hot during test!" so no worries.. loved those little added touches!!Thank U! to all, involved in the making/maintaining of a Great App!😉

It's awesome because from this app, we are able to know more about our health and its gives the knowledge about how to maintain our health properly with good condition. And It's very much convenient and easier to use the app while we don't need to go hospital for check up .Through this app , It's saves time and benefits all the people around the world .
