Ratings and reviews

The app's UI is poor in dark mode. While gray on black aims for comfort, it doesn't meet the W3C's minimum contrast ratio for readability. I have to set my screen brightness to 100% just to read the text. Additionally, the font size is too small, wasting significant page space. Larger fonts would improve functionality and better utilize the screen. Overall, the design needs major improvements for accessibility and user-friendliness.

We used this originally with the hard wired units for front and rear garden lights, brilliant. Set timer and forget. Setting up with the old router was bit fiddly. The new router allowed me to name the 2 frequencies so made connection simple. Recently bought 4 of the plugs, so easy to set up and connect with the QR code. Love the ability to random the lights if away too.

Slow to open compared to Tuya Smart Life. Also, not sure if it's this app or the Sonoff ZigBee 3.0 (firmware 2.7.0), but the schedule function is not working on all devices. I can turn them on and off manually, so there's some comms going on. It's not as if it's completely dead. Just the automatic scheduling, which defeats the purpose of a "smart" system. So if this does not get fixed, I'm switching to Tuya where the ZigBee is reliable.

What’s new
