HD820NB PLUS: The settings applied in the options, e.g. EQ mode and LDAC mode do not save. I use the headphones on several devices, but when I come back to this phone, the only place I change the settings, I have to reset these options each time I use the headphones. Also, there is no graphic equaliser style EQ, which would be useful. Last, the soundscapes do not loop. They can be looped, but the transition is not smooth. Instead I download my own white noise tracks and play these.

I like how you can dial the volume up or down in ambient mode (-3 to +3). Nice to see battery level, change noise cancellation mode, and choose whether music will stop when you remove them from your ears. What would really make it better is custom controls though. I'd like to be able to change what the button presses do. Having no way to skip back a song is annoying. It would also be great to have one control scheme for when you use both earbuds and another control scheme when using only one.

Limited & weird permissions. Connection works fine, but why do I need to turn on my GPS just to start the app? Badly needs to add an EQ (seems like a pretty basic function). As it stands the bass can be overpowerin for a lot of genres. An option for customizing tap functionality would also be a neat addition, although they are quite decent in their default config.
