I downloaded the Iberia app to search for flights, but it was disappointing from the start. Compared to the website, the app showed fewer flight options for the same search, which made it much less useful. I also tried filtering for non-stop flights, but the filter didn't seem to work properly, as it continued showing itineraries with connections. I don't know what is the purpose of installing an app from a flight operator when it doesn't display your upcoming flights and says "no flights scheduled"? I don't think anyone wants to search for the booking code in their mail when they want to check the details of the booking, quite useless (same in the browser btw)!? Also I tried to get in touch with an agent by chat and the chat was disconnected twice, so I had to rewrite everything 3 times. Gonna delete again.

The app just doesn't work. Always encountering errors (an error has occured, try again later) and repeatedly asking for information to be entered. So unbelievably frustrating. The website has similar problems. This is not a one time issue, it's been going on and on and on for months (If not years). Are your developers completely inept?
