I don't know what is the purpose of installing an app from a flight operator when it doesn't display your upcoming flights and says "no flights scheduled"? I don't think anyone wants to search for the booking code in their mail when they want to check the details of the booking, quite useless (same in the browser btw)!? Also I tried to get in touch with an agent by chat and the chat was disconnected twice, so I had to rewrite everything 3 times. Gonna delete again.

The app just doesn't work. Always encountering errors (an error has occured, try again later) and repeatedly asking for information to be entered. So unbelievably frustrating. The website has similar problems. This is not a one time issue, it's been going on and on and on for months (If not years). Are your developers completely inept?

Very slow, times out, does not retrieve your trips in timely manner and if you book them in through the web they don't appear in the app even if they were booked with the Iberia frequent flyer program. Almost never allows you to check in a flight as it crashes or returns errors (I usually resort to check in through the web), I don't know how the app stores the boarding passes but they are always very difficult to access as it takes several minutes to retrieve them. I can go on and on
