This app was working great for me until an update over 8 months ago, which took away the ability to print the amount needed on a picklist from the mobile part of the app. Despite contacting help and support and being fobbed off with "we are working on it, use the web version," when I try the web version, my phone goes back to the mobile app. It might not be a big problem to most, but it is to me!!!

Even after contacting Sortly to try and resolve some issues privately, they were unable to work with us so I'm sharing those same thoughts publicly. I cannot recommend this product- it is clunky, does integrate with other ubiquitous products like Shopify, and is a glorified spread sheet. We used this product for home staging so there are a lot of ins and outs all the time- this app can't keep up. It's expensive and absolutely not worth the resource investment.

this app asked if you are using it for personal reasons or if you are a business then proceed to treat you like you are a business the whole time. The prices are crazy also. 24.99/ month to keep a list of my personal belongings and be limited to 500 items is crazy work. One of my collections is larger than that.
