Good platform to buy and sell second hand in Spain. I use it often. Confidence in other users is good - I find I can trust the people I trade with - and shipments work very well. The downside is that their commissions can add a considerable percentage to cheaper products. Ex: €1.69 for an €8 product, plus 4€ shipping = €13.69. The application is slowly getting better, allowing to organize favourites into lists, for example. Add dark mode, please!!!

Just downloaded the app. First, everything was fine, I used it to buy a couple of things. Now, I have a message saying "communication is blocked with this user" when I try to contact a saler to buy a new item. it makes me really upset, I can't get the things I want when I want, somebody else might get them before me. Furthermore, messages in the chat sometimes are sent hours later than I wrote them.

I live in Spain and I find the app very useful. However, there is no one to turn to for help when you have special difficulty. For example, a seller failed to send me a package by post due to extra weight. So they delivered it to me by hand. Now, the seller cannot get paid even though wallapop withdrew the value from my account. I cannot finalize the sale in any way even though I received the product and the money was paid to the application.
